OMSA M2 Exit Experienced Rider Program

Our M2 Exit Program is designed specifically for riders who are currently eligible to graduate from M2 to full M status in the province of Ontario. Riders must have held the M2 designation for a minimum of 22 months, or 18 months if they completed a recognized M1 Novice program. The course includes an MTO approved road test.

The course is 12 hours in length and includes classroom, range (parking lot), and on-road sessions. All courses include a Friday evening session and a full day session on either Saturday or Sunday.

This course reinforces the skills and awareness required for proficient motorcycle operation, and builds on these to prepare riders for successful upgrading in Ontario's graduated licensing system.

Participants must provide their own motorcycle, and gear. In some cases, a motorcycle can be provided by OMSA for the participant. Contact OMSA if you have any questions about appropriate equipment.

THIS IS NOT A NOVICE RIDER PROGRAM!

All participants must sign a waiver of liability at the commencement of the course. Individuals under the age of 18 years must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver.
